“Termoli is an ancient Adriatic coast town in Italy with an old fortification dating back to the 11th century. It was primarily a fishing village with a small harbor, but in the Second World War British commandos stormed ashore during the invasion of the Allies to drive out the Germans. A cit today of around 32000 it has many small hotels and scores of restaurants where you can get excellent fresh seafood. It is a beach destination for many Italians. The October weather is outstanding, perfect for strolling the city’s very walkable streets.”
“The location is perfect and the staff are polite, and the rooms are cleaner and more spacious than I expected for a two star hotel. The only thing preventing this from being a 3 star I believe is the noise from entertainment around, and the bed isn't the most comfortable. But very good value.”
