“Due to a car accident we were quite late arriving. I had to ring several times to advise them of ETA and when we arrived they were very helpful. The room was all we could ask for, and the service in the dining room when we came down was very helpful. The waitress who served us had good English skills which made it easy. Looking out over the lake in the morning from our room was pretty nice too.”
