“Location was great. The staff members are really wonderful. I got a free room upgrade, which was great -- a big corner room overlooking the wooded property on the night of their big Christmas tree lighting event. That was very special. Wonderful to watch out of my TWO big windows with balconies. The grounds of the property are very nice, The lighted Christmas trees were lovely. I mean, HUNDREDS of trees. A very nice surprise experience. I ordered room service. It was very fast, and the young woman who delivered it was very nice. The food was good and reasonably priced.”
