“I have to say this one is the BEST during the 9 days trip. nice interior design, clean and comfortable room, cozy lobby, the room has TV & rain shower, great hot and cold breakfast, friendly staff, great location! We both were super happy about the place!”
“The staff were all lovely. It was my boyfriend's birthday and they kindly left us a little treat. We were very lucky with the Northern lights and they came and told us they were outside at 7pm- we could see them from the car park. The restaurant had lovely food. The bed was SO comfy. Nice to stop off on golden circle tour and not rush back to Reykjavik.”

“Very warm and welcoming staff on arrival after a hard days driving up to Geysir. Room was good size with very comfortable bed and tea making facilities available. Great happy hour in the evening which we made use of before having a very delicious meal in the restaurant. Reasonably priced high quality food which my husband and I really enjoyed (reindeer burger and catch of the day!). Hotel offers a northern lights wake up service up until 1am which is great. The breakfast was outstanding and by far the best we had during our trip to Iceland! ”
“Remote location, great for spotting Northern Lights (if conditions permit), as there is almost no light pollution. Very basic hotel, functional, clean rooms. All you need for 1-2 nights.”
