“The staff was very helpful and friendly, even though they knew no English. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the Old Town and the bus station. There are a lot of restaurants and a very good supermarket nearby.”

“We had a comfortable, quiet, well-appointed room. Breakfast – there was a good selection of Chinese dishes but limited western dishes. However, we did manage to get fried eggs and coffee from the helpful staff every morning. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated within walking distance of the ancient town and the bus station. (Taxis won't take you from the bus station to the hotel as they regard it as too close. Take the number 11 bus from round the corner of the hotel TO the bus station – it goes a different route FROM the bus station.) We'd most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang ancient town.”

“The Staff was friendly, but as said in the description no one spoke English. Communication was possible through a translation app. We asked them by Mail to be picked up from the airport. Although they didn't answer a driver waitet for us there. He also brought us back to the airport and we paid 100¥ each time, which is adequate. The room was very modern and also clean. The breakfast was Chinese style, which means noodles, rice and chicken. There was nothing comparable to Western breakfast, but thats fine, as it is a Chinese hotel:) In order to get information about places of interest and how to get there, go to the tourist information (best one is placed on the Square Market). At least the know some English words. Otherwise be prepared that in Lijiang very, very few people speak some words English. Nevertheless it is definitly worth to stay there 2 or 3 days as the landscape (especially the Jade Snow Mountain) is amazing!”

“The staffs were cooperative and friendly. Although they couldn't speak English but they tried their level best to with mobile translator. They also arranged sight-seeing trip to Shangrila and jade mountain.”

“1. Couch within the window aperture of all room is really great design solution - you can relax there enjoying beautiful view on mountains and sunset. 2. Location if great - being similarly close to the old town and main bus station, you will spend maximum 15 minutes walking to reach any. At the same time, it is really quite location comparing to most of places in old town, and surrounded by lots of local cafes and shops”

“10 min walk down Xianghe Rd to the southern gate of old city. Long distance bus station is 5 min walk away. To get close to this place from the train station you can take bus 4. Bed are very comfortable, rooms are clean, staff are friendly, breakfasts included. A great place to stay in Lijiang, Highly recommended.”

“Location is 15min walk to old town, located in the new city. Many food options in area. Cleaners just down road. Supermarket around the corner. Rooms have excellent views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.”
