“Our Reservation got messed up as Bookkng.com overbooked. The Lodge called us and switched our room to a cottage with our permission. When we showed up they switched the rooms back and didn't tell us. Therefore we were paying double the price. Also, they lied about our rooms not being pet friendly. My child is highly allergic to dogs and she broke out in a rash. I'll never stay at this property again. Very disappointed with the staff as they did not want to take ownership of anything.”
