“They are undergoing renovations, but work ended around 4:30 shortly after I checked in, so didn't impact the stay. The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the meal at the lounge enjoyable. Whether because of the renovations or because of the facility's age, my room smelt musty and deterred from the enjoyment. In the past, we stayed here anytime we needed a place in Lethbridge, but age has caught up to it and I am glad to see they are doing major renovations. I would consider trying again AFTER their work is complete. I woke early and left earlier than planned because of the smell.”

“The staff at this hotel were amazing. Always friendly, always willing to help. The scenery inside was gorgeous. Gave it such a tropical feel. The pool and hot tub were clean, although the water in the pool could be a little warmer. The food at the restaurants inside the hotel was amazing and the staff were just as good. We will most definitely be doing a return visit in the spring/summer of 2018. Highly recommend,”
