“The standard of the food in this hotel dose not justify the very high prices charged. I t was very disappointing that when we took an evening meal in the restaurant on a very warm sunny evening the outside tables were not set and we had to eat in a rather cramped table inside. This was obviously caused by a regard for the convenience of the hotel and not by a desire to serve the guests. There are signs that the standards of this hotel are beginning to slip which is a great pity.”
