The staff were very informative in everything we asked, i.e. directions , public transport, recommending places to visit and eat in. The hotel is very clean and also modern in appearance. It is also close to the subway and railway. Nice and quiet at all times and the rooms are very comfortable.”
“The staff were friendly, helpful and sensitive to our needs. The room we stayed in initially suffered from the air conditioning set to it's winter setting of warm air-flow meaning that we needed to open the window to breath. Proximity to Carrer Mallorca meant that this was then very noisy, at least for us who aren't used to big city streets. The staff were very accommodating and moved us to a very comfortable room that didn't have these issues.”

“This small cute hotel is just few min walk away from the metro which is always a plus. It takes 15 min to the center (Pl.Catalunya) and 15 min to Sagrada Familia. The shower cabin is rather spacious and doesn't leak water which is often the case. Rooms are not exactly large but they are equipped with a kettle and tea/coffee selection. Bed is rather comfortable and pillows are firm. Breakfast is decent and they cafe a Nespresso coffee machine there, so you actually can enjoy your morning coffee. If the weather is nice, you can have your breakfast on a terrace. Staff is friendly and eager to help: my friend missed the flight and they changed the room from twin to double for me! Another very nice touch: a bowl of apples at the reception as well as fresh lemonade and even cava! There's also a small vending machine downstairs which is very convenient if you want a snack.”
