“The hotel is very well maintained, our room and bathroom had been renovated recently, the furniture and bed looked new, nice modern bathroom. Comfy bed and a cool, quiet room. The staff were lovely - helpful and very attentive. A safe lock-up for our bicycles was provided - thank you. Breakfast was truly excellent, a huge variety of fruit and vegetables in addition to cereals, good bread and rolls, cake, yoghurt, eggs and a large selection of cheeses and cold cuts. Good coffee - served with a smile - nice and early.”

“Breakfast was amazing!! A beautiful buffet, with a wide variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, musli, breads, and spreads. They have decent coffee and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The couple that owns the hotel is quite friendly. They don't speak a lot of English, I speak some German, which helped a lot and probably made the experience even more enjoyable. My boyfriend and I rented a car and there was ample parking behind and in front of the hotel. We stayed here as a last minute decision, to save some money while we visited Neuschwanstein. At €140 for two nights and breakfast for two days, this was more cost effective than trying to rent a private room at a hostel closer to the castle. The only cheaper option would have been single beds in group dorm rooms. The rooms are clean and there is a grocery store and bakery across the street.”
“Nice welcome and friendly service all round. Rooms were clean and nicely heated for November. Comfy bed and bathroom was modern and clean. Nice continental breakfast in the morning and again the service was really good. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good comfy value for money hotel. The rooms are very spacious and even though there is a main road at the front you cannot hear any noise from the cars outside.”
