“Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful despite the circumstances. We were offered an upgrade but declined the offer. The hotel was fairly well located and close to restaurants, local bars, some entertainment and shops. The hotel was badly affected by flooding on the first night that cut of water supply to the entire hotel. This meant there was no washing or shower facilities. The hotel was very helpful to discount our first night, organise a free hotel transfer, and an upgrade to the 5 Star Compass Skyview Hotel for no extra cost.”
