“This hotel was centrally located, clean, and looks very elegant. We stayed here for 4 nights with our 11 month old. Check in was quick. And all of our requests and questions were dealt with quickly. For example we had forgot to ask for a crib in advance so we asked at check-in. No problem! They delivered a brand new crib with brand new washed crib bedding for us within 30 minutes of our arrival! Great service. Our toilet seat wasn't cleaned daily which I would have expected for a 4 star hotel. We knew because my son accidentally soiled part of the toilet seat when we were trying to potty train him. I didn't realize it until we returned in the evening and it was not cleaned.”
“Staff are nice and helpful! Strong wifi. Room isn't huge but it's cozy and comfortable for 2 people, with ample space to move around. Had everything you need in the room. Lobby is bright and elegant. Bus stop is right outside the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby too, there's a really popular shaved ice store diagonally across the hotel. With exception to the neighbors talking loudly for a few minutes, the room is really quiet, can't hear noises from the streets at all (we were on the 9th floor).”
