“Our family room was lovely, quiet and incredibly clean, with a radiator that you could adjust for personal choice. Bathroom spotless with complimentary toiletries. Our daughters bed was a proper single bed as opposed to a camp bed. Swimming pool great. Staff friendly and efficient and they left a birthday card for our daughter from all the staff in our room. Hotel is in perfect location for the Genting Arena and Bullring for shopping as well as other popular attractions.”
