The host (chef) is an expert of local foods and armangnac. The menu is limited but excellent using local produce. Environmentally conscious.”
“The chef-proprietor offers an interesting menu, described by ingredients, paired with a good selection of wines. Dining can be on the balcony overlooking the garden. A fine breakfast with fresh orange juice, croissants, pain au chocolat, good bread/toast, homemade jams, fruit and yoghurt. Comfortable wide bed in an exposed stone room on the ground floor, with a spacious bathroom and large shower.”
