“Very welcoming and accommodating staff - we had a 19 month old child and a dog and their needs were well catered for. For example I requested a cot online and that was all made up and ready when we arrived and they even supplied toddler plates and cutlery which I wasn't expecting. Room was very clean and comfortable and had access to the garden which was very useful for the dog.”
