“Karine and the staff were superb; nothing was too much trouble. We first visited the hotel about 14 years ago and were delighted to find that everything was just as good. To be able to row a boat on the River Seine around the island was extraordinary. The peace and quiet sitting on the terrace overlooking the river while having drink was fantastic. Our room was spacious and well equipped. the bed was extremely comfortable. The food was excellent. Particularly the foie gras brulee! The wine list coped with all tastes and was well priced. An absolute haven. Loathe (almost) to recommend it so it becomes too popular! Terrific. We'll be back.”
