What guests loved the most

“The hotel was in a good position and was excellent in most ways. The dining experience was atrocious for a property of this standard. A mushroom and Swiss cheese omelet that was ordered turned out to contain, spinach, sausage and cheddar. There was no apology but a simple "I will take it off the bill". The restaurant staff were very poor. In the evening a Niçoise salad contained potatoes that were frozen and a block of sliced ahi dumped on the top. A very disappointing let down to the rest of the hotel and its staff.”
