“I loved the whole experience! Everything was perfect, and plan to stay there every time I pass through. The staff was remarkable, and took care of all my needs! The soap and shampoo smelled great. The bed was extremely comfortable with an awesome body pillow. The room was extremely clean! The private parking was inside a locked gate and tucked away off the streets. I even got a tour of the other room styles. All of which were great! I will never forget this place! ”

“The manor is well located – within a few minutes you reach the chateau and the centre of town. Parking ( included in the room rate) on the premises, whose gate will be closed at 9 p.m. Staff is very friendly and manages even some German. The garden and the exterior are lovely; there is even a small swimming pool. Well-equipped bathroom with shower and bathtub; WC is extra. Good minibar in the room, useful if you have to cool medicine etc. Wlan worked well; we enjoyed the welcome note and the liquor.”
“Vacationing with a family of 8 including 4 children from 0-11 yrs old, the pool was so relaxing with drinks after a long hot day of touring! The location is ideal for visiting Amboise and the chateaux in the area plus the reception provides suggestions, maps or will make your reservations for local restaurants. Just a 5 mins walk to the center of town and chateau but it was completely quite and calm at the Manoir. Everyone slept great and the accommodations were perfect, clean, and classy. Breakfast is ample and delicious for all ages plus the service is excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing romantic getaway and/or a wonderful family vacation.”
“Great place to stay - we very much enjoy staying at this hotel: positive and helpful staff, big and comfortable rooms (I like combination of historical design of the rooms reflecting the history of the region and modern clear and comfortable bathroom). We stay at the family room, it is duplex room connected by stairs in small tower - we very like it but just keep in mind it if you are travelling with small kids. Very peaceful place, with garden and nice outside pool area. Location is very good - easy to drive to it and in short walking distance to city center and attraction”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated us with an early check in, which was appreciated as we had just flown from overseas. Breakfast was wonderful. Our room was very comfortable for our family and the hotel is so convenient to Amboise. The pool area was a nice spot for an afternoon nap to deal with a bit of jet lag. The children enjoyed having a swim. We hated to leave after the one night and would definitely return.”
