“This hotel has EXCEPTIONAL location: 30 meters from the lake shore. The views are very nice. The hotel is a bit away from Annecy (15 minutes by car), but neighborhood is thus VERY quite, realle. Hotel is new, well kept after, VERY nice wine card, have their own restaurant (we didn't have a cjance to taste, but breakfast was very good).”
“Room was very nice, could have done with air conditioning. Very hot at night, had to have the window slightly open for fresh air. This was a concern as we were on the ground floor and the window led straight out on to the lawned area.”

“exceptional location, the hotel is not in the city center, but (if you have a car) you are very near thew Annexy center. hotel is in very nce neighbourhood, territory is very nice, in summer you can take a boat on the Annecy lake, which is 10 meters away from the hotel. beds are very comfo! very clean and staff is very welcoming (English is very good:)! breakfast is not very lavish, but this is France, eating vastly in the morning is not common here! 10 from 10, this is absolute value for money!”
