“Staff were absolutely charming. Ability to ski out onto the slopes directly was a pleasure with a 9 year old boy. Reception area was our favourite part of the hotel with a beautiful open wood fire and comfortable sitting - we ate there twice instead of the restaurant, which I found to be a bit soul-less.”

“I really couldn't fault this hotel, it was everything it promised to be. The staff were particularly friendly and efficient. The room was a fantastic size complete with lounge and kitchenette area. The spa was lovely (although we only used it once and it inevitably will get very busy in peak ski season) and the food in the restaurant was delicious. They even pre ordered our skis for us so that when we arrived they were ready in our locker and we were able to get straight out onto the slopes in the morning. ”
