“We were welcomed and shown to our room. No air-conditioning - but you'll have read that earlier. A fan was ok and the windows and shutters good for us.(It was hot 34c outside)TV, great shower and cosy enough for our stop over. Didn't sample the restaurant as we had limited time to wander around early evening etc. Coffee next morning was excellent! Also, there is a hairdresser next door to the hotel, so I got hair, beard and eyebrows trimmed for heat comfort... 10€."you look ten years younger" was the comment. I'm going back next week to lose another few years I think!”
“We arrived at Le Bannier by motorcycle and were met by the charming owner, she directed us to our secure parking ( very small charge), after a shower and a change of clothes, we had a beer, and asked for recommendations for somewhere to eat, the owners Husband gave us a few tips, but said " if you can't find anything you like, come back here and eat", this we did and had just about the best food of the trip. Hotel is very clean and tidy, and the owners are a delight.”

“Frankly, I didn't expect much from this hotel as we only stayed for one night. But I was very much surprised! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are modern, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast was a classic continental French style, and we loved it! Also during the breakfast the staff were very friendly. My compliments to them! Geographically, the hotel is near to the train station and we practically visited all the landmarks by walking, no transportation needed.”
“Lovely bilangual host made us feel right at home. Beds were soft, the hot shower had plenty of pressure and the rooms were clean. The location was perfect. Easy to reach by car and the city centre was a 10 min walk away. Breakfast (€6,50) was great.”
