“I want to say that without a doubt this was the best hotel experience we have ever had! It was our honeymoon and the Manager upgraded us to a nicer room which was fabulous. A corner suite with amazing views. The infinity pool on the 10th floor was amazing as well as the other pools. We had dinner at the well acclaimed ERRE restaurant and it was the most delicious meal we have ever had. Room service was fast and always a great choice. We used the pool at the adjoining Las Americas for the swim up bar and it also exceeded all expectations. Do not hesitate to stay at this amazing hotel and enjoy all of its great amenities!”

I have to give a special review about the service and care received from all the people that work at this Resort. “The resort is beautiful, the pools are wonderful and there's an abundance of them. The breakfast is fantastic and has a variety of things to choose from. You can't beat Juan Valdez coffee. The gym is designed with everything you need for a great workout. The property has tight security, you'll always feel safe. Most importantly the staff are very hospitable, always smiling , professional and courteous. First time staying here and definitely would return. We enjoyed our stay here very much.”
“Everything was great. Staff was very cool and accommodating. Room was very clean. Facilities were fun to visit and enjoy. Piso 10 pool is cool to lounge out at. Spa services were excellent. Location is outside of the city center, but less beach traffic and vendors leads to a more enjoyable beach experience. Hotel has a number of tents and chairs on the beach in front of the hotel. Security is great, all around.”
