Generally good location, felt more like a businessman's hotel, rather than leisure (desk in room, no proper breakfast room, no pool) but that should not be seen as a negative, as we were well looked after, the hotel was clean, gym great and the children were made welcome. Daily homemade cookies were a great touch, we all loved those. Free laundry facilities available, ideal for the end of a family holiday (if you have time)”

“That I was able to use the meeting room for my event. It was perfect for the Bday celebration. My family was so excited many of the attendees decided to stay because of the accommodations that were offered. 21 of us also used the shuttle service to & from the hotel to Thundervalley Casino. All I can say is "WoW" this service was great because we didn't have to drive to the concert & we got to go as a group. There are so many other accommodations your hotel offers which we didn't use on this or my previous visit that I know I will definitely take advantage of the next time. I want to say thank you also to your staff everyone from Heather Hilton- Senior Director of Sales, reservation personal, housekeeping & even the maintenance man who came & fixed our tv. You have an exceptional staff who are professional, kind, tentative, friendly & met our every needs. The accommodations are beautiful & well maintained.”
