“Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen: allerlei Müslimischungen (auch biologische), frischer Obstsalat, frische Smoothis, Wurst, Käse, Eier vom benachbarten Bauernhof (gebraten und gekocht), Semmeln, Brezen, ... Kuchen und Süßgebäck (selbst gebacken), hausgemachte Marmeladen, ... . Das Zimmer war geräumig mit herrlichem Blick und Balkon, die Betten bequem, alles sauber! Die Lage des Hotels für uns ideal: ruhig, in einem kleinen Ort, direkt an Wanderwegen gelegen, trotzdem ist man schnell in Hersbruck (Therme!) und in Nürnberg. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche bot für jeden Geschmack etwas: regional, bodenständig, aber auch vegetarische Gerichte. Auf Unverträglichkeiten etc. wurde anstandslos eingegangen. Sehr zu empfehlen: die "Schlossweine" (biologisch)!”
