“The patio we didn’t know we were getting, the mountain view that was requested.”
“the standard double room I initially booked was too small. So we upgraded to a queen two bed room which had a microwave and mini fridge plus a door to our own balcony which had two chairs on it. The window also opened which was to the balcony. You walk up to your room which is from the outside all rooms in this building were entered from the outside. There was an elevator but we used the stairs”

“Mu husband and I stayed in 11 hotels over our 1 month holiday and we rate the Lake Louise Inn to be the best overall hotel we stayed at. The location was good. The hotel staff were very lovely, the Timberwolves restaurant was fantastic, the whirlpool was divine and the room was excellent.”
