“The owners of this Hotel were very polite, generous, friendly and helpfull. We could check in earlier than the normal time from 17.00 hrs on. This was especially generous, because my partner needed to lie down. They gave an electric fan, as the weather was very hot. The bed was comfortable, the room light and clean. When we were departing they took great care to search for the most comfortable and quickest way to our car (they opened the emergency exit for us).”

“This is a family-run hotel, where the couple concerned are clearly trying hard. They make an effort at speaking English, and try to be helpful and cheerful. However the facilities with which they are working are inadequate to the task. The hotel is in a lovely area, close to the picturesque Lac de Nantua (though the lake is not in view from the hotel).”
“staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Very clean and fresh white linen on the beds. We used the hotel as a one night stop over as we needed a hotel close to the mont blanc tunnel. The hotel is situated in a small town with a good supermarket a very short drive away from hotel.”
