“We loved everything! The staff at the hotel and restaurant was really lovely, friendly and flexible. The atmosphere in the hotel was so nice, calm and cosy, we really felt like home. We also liked the town of Alykanas, a lovely place with a great beach and a lot to do (watersports, horse riding, quad renting) but not too busy. We are definitely coming back to Zakynthos, such a beautiful island with breathtaking views and places everywhere, and then we are definitely going to stay in La Caretta again!”

“My partner has trouble with stairs so they made up a room on the ground floor for us. It was not as pretty as the normal rules but ease of access to pool without climbing stairs was a great help. Car hire was just across the road and very reasonable in comparison to airport cars.”

“Room was wonderful best we have ever had on Zante,beautiful lighting, bath and shower. Lots of extras provided like washing up liquid and hand wash etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. B & B option for breakfast. Also discount for evening meals. Good central location, great bar underneath but no noise from it as the huge patio doors were brill. Big pool with children's pool attached.Lots of toys and floats for the kids.I would recommend these rooms and studios to any able bodied people. ( All are on 1st and 2nd floor )”

“The room was just renovated, very beautiful finish, has a nice balcony to the street, it has double glass door so it's very quiet. The location it's right on a little town, a super market near by, it has a nice swimming pool, a nice beach is a walking distance an many different restaurants. The lady in charge is very friendly, I would definitely go back”
