Stimmungsvolle Lobby in der der Apperitiv und Digestiv eingenommen wird. Im hauseigenen Weinkeller können die ausgezeichneten, in vielen Restaurants der weiteren Umgebung angebotenen hauseigenen Winzer-Produkte verköstig werden. Jedes Dinner wird begleitet von einer Weinprobe kredenzt von Sergio persönlich. Ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt, um Umbrien, die Toscana und Latium zu entdecken. Wein und Verpflegung werden streng nach ökologischen Bedingungen aufs beste angeboten.”
