“The hotel is located in the centre of Gevrey Chambertin. The hotel has been extensively renovated to a high specification. Our room was not large but was very well appointed. Breakfast was extremely good and we enjoyed eating in the restaurant. The hotel's dog, Simon, took us (without a lead, on a two hour walk which was lovely - but a little stressful as Simon has a somewhat cavalier attitude to traffic!”
