“Really the room is good, I have no real complaints. At first I was worried about the street noise as the window in one room facing the street did not cut out noise very well, but they gave me another room one level higher and the traffic was not too bad overnight. If traffic noise really bugs you maybe request a non-street facing room (most of the rooms don't face the street so this should not be a problem) Micromax metro station is close, as is Ambience Mall, and the airport is probably about half an hour away.”

“Owner, manager and staff very polite. What ever somebody asks for, it will be done , if can be done. The owner, Prasan, try to solve any kind (event not having relation with the accomodation) of problems somebody might face, spending a lot or little time and efforts. He is a very professional businessman. If stay in Gurgaon, la residence is a must. The manager, Menon, is a man that will offer his aid in any case. Even if I needed money for some hours the owner and the staff were giving the amount they were asked for. Do not forget that for some people even 10$ are very important.I want to thank them for the high level of service they provided. Maybe it's not a 5star hotel, like Hilton or other chains, but here for sure you can enjou spacious room and clean enviroment.”
