“For the price I paid, I could have got adequate amount of towels that I had to request twice. The second day I had to go downstairs 4 times with bags in my hands because my key wasn't working to the room 418. 4 dam times. For it to be a newly built hotel, the furniture is old. It doesn't look good for the hotel to be new but the furniture is the same stuff from the old hotel. Could have at least painted the scratches of it all. But it's not like it was the Marriott or anything like that. I guess. Overall, it was uncomfortable and not what I thought it would be. If I could have got my money back and would have and went across the street to the Hilton Garden Inn...”
