“Location was very nice. Lots of restaurants, shopping, rentals cars and the airport was close by. Facility has a shuttle that will get you to a number of great eateries within a 2 mile radius. If you're there for business at Fort Sam Houston (as we were) getting to the base was easy and quick (about 20 minutes). Staff was nice and accommodating. Internet was reliable and free. Checking in was easy and fast. Breakfast was average but up on time... and perhaps the most important thing... the air conditioning worked flawlessly.”
