“On my trip I injured my back. When I arrived at this location the manager happily changed my accommodation to a handicapped room. He helped me by bringing my luggage to my room, and my room was provided with a nice, clean, walk-in shower with a rain-head spout (the only type of shower I was able to use at the time). In the morning, the manager helped me to my car and brought my luggage. God bless them!!!”
“Was clean. Because of early departure, I asked the night employee for a banana and a muffin to be available for us early am. Didn't happen. Breakfast is included with my cost of my room.”
“The site was easy to find and is near gas, restaurant, and other amenities. The layout is simple and easy to Understand and they had no problem with my late arrival scheduled at the last minute. The location is next to the freeway but not noisy. It is between Medford and Grant's Pass so convenient to both or as a quick stop along the way.”
“The beds at La Quinta are the best- everywhere you go. Local forest fires had made air quality outside very bad, but inside the hotel it was cool and clean. It was labor day weekend and the place was completely full, but the service was friendly and polite; the hotel was quiet and comfortable...you couldn't tell there were hundreds of people all around you. The pool is open early and late, which is very nice for these hot days. At first I thought the location wouldn't be convenient, but I had dinner in Grants Pass and saw a Shakespeare play in Ashland the same evening and the hotel was right in the middle of it all! It might be the best location in the Rogue Valley.”
“Overall good experience, bed was comfy, room was in remodel transition so there were a few things that could be improved, but everything was functional, the couch was uncomfortable to sit on for very long, the closet was spacious but dark, the pool area was nice and the hot tub was clean and hot..”
