“Room we viewed on line-and thought we booked-was much larger than we actually got. When we questioned "deluxe king" designation we booked we were told that in that facility the microwave, fridge, and coffee maker constituted deluxe. It would have been nice to know in advance that the same room amenities and sizes did not apply in every facility”
