“I felt like I was at the home of extended family. I always felt comfortable, at home and welcomed. The service was wonderful! I loved the smell of buttery croissants wafting in the air when I would step into the hall to go downstairs for breakfast each morning! Incredible, centralized location. Right in front of the bus to go to the Telecabine Rosary to get to the slopes. Grocery stores, bakeries, chocolate shops, good restaurants, equipment rentals on either side of the hotel. Gorgeous views. Easy to get to and easy to find. Tremendous amount of support and guidance for first time snowboarders. Great price point. Claudette made sure I had everything I needed!”

“The staff were really friendly and helpful there was just a lovely atmosphere. We did half board and the food in the restaurant was really good and the staff there too were very friendly. Although it was a set meal you could, if you gave notice, change something if it was not what you liked. The ski bus stop is just across the road”
“The location is fantastic, right next to the bus stop, and right next to the shuttle to go skiing. In the perfect center of town. The cabin/cottage feel is really nice as well. The owner/hostess was extremely friendly and such a sweet lady.”

“Outre la situation exceptionnelle de cet établissement, la grande facilité du parking proche et la gentillesse du personnel, je dois bien ajouter à tout cela, la qualité de la chambre (literie, sdb, déco) et surtout les excellents conseils du patron concernant les randos à faire au Grand Bornand!! (Il nous a mieux conseillé que l'office du tourisme !!) et nous a aidé à découvrir de magnifiques endroits . Merci à lui!”
