She arranged for an excellent multi-course dinner on site with local ingredients and traditional cuisine. One of the best meals of the trip! “Prima di salire a Opi guardo l'hotel che spicca tra le case e mi sono detto "Lì morirò di freddo !". Invece la struttura è calda, accogliente, essenziale ma non mediocre. E' gestita da una cooperativa che si occupa anche dei servizi di accoglienza di altre strutture e siti tipo Val Fondillo. Camera pulita, bagno comodissimo, vista mozzafiato e colazione buonissima. Mi dispiace non aver provato la cucina perchè abbiamo conosciuto la cuoca la mattina a colazione e.... sa il fatto suo !!! Ma che si vuole di più ?”
“Hotel in posizione panoramica. Camere ampie, confortevoli e riscaldate. Personale efficente e a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza (ci son venuti a prendere al termine di una escursione per riportarci a dove avevamo lasciato l'auto). Punto di forza è la qualità della cucina, qualità che ci ha indotti a restare a cena per tre sere di fila: siamo stati letteralmente coccolati dalle delizie gastronomiche della cuoca Maria, in grado di viziare il palato con quel tocco di sapore in più dovuto all'uso sapiente e bilanciato di spezie e erbe aromatiche. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.”

Colazione un po' scarsa ma buona, capisco anche che eravamo in bassissima stagione ed in mezzo alla settimana.”
