“Exceptional staff. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. They provide guests with a map of Naples and circle the "must-see" attractions. They arrange organized tours and offer opportunities to experience the culinary side of the city by offering to put you in touch with a chef, who takes you to the market to shop, then back to their seaside villa to cook. They tell you about the ferries to Capri and Ischia and offer suggestions on where to go to eat. Their customer service is amazing. The hotel is safe because it's inside a courtyard that is locked at night. Never once did we feel nervous walking the surrounding streets. If we return to Naples, we would not stay anywhere else.”
