“The executive king suite is extremely spacious and includes a large patio area with loungers. Room service is affordable relative to the class of hotel—and the in-room refrigerator and Keurig machine were appreciatively used throughout our stay! We especially enjoyed the craft cocktails at the onsite bar inside Enoteca (the head bartender who creates the cocktail menu is wonderful) and the ample parking close to the entrance of the hotel.”
“The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Once checked in and settled into the room, staff personally checked if anything additional was needed. We also received a call from the front desk to check that all needs were met. That's the most customer service I've ever received from any hotel. Everyone was very friendly. The whirlpool in the room was AWESOME in terms of roominess and depth. Perfect for big & tall people.”
