“This auberge is simply OFF THE CHARTS. UNIQUE. ONE OF A KIND. Go out of your way to get here!!!!!! Eat the meal!!! Do not miss the wine pairings. Some of THE BEST food I've had - EVER. (And I've had a wide variety of some of the finest restaurants around N. America and Europe). Just go.”

“Absolutely unique experience in a Hotel like no other. The decor is very much a love it or hate it experience - personally I love it and it's what keeps me going back. Check out the photos and see if your tempted. Visiting around Halloween can be best for an added touch of atmosphere. The setting for this quaint Auberge is ideal. In the heart of the town of Bic, it is minutes drive from the Provincial Park and the terrace offers great views over the bay - ideal for watching the famous sunset - gin and tonic in hand. I always wonder how long it takes to dust this place. There are so many trinkets and antiques festooned around the Auberge that it probably isn't an ideal place for curious children with who look with there hands and not their eyes. On the flip side it makes it a great peaceful getaway, especially as an individual, couple or small group.”

“Beautiful little auberge style 18th century, the food is amazing, delicious breakfasts and gourmet evening meals, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful little boutique next door in a flower garden, just a beautiful restful spot with the view of the bay. Would go again.”
