“We used this as a one night stop over with 2 children aged 11 and 9, we did have to split up as given 2 separate rooms but this wasn't the end of the world. The hotel had a lovely boutique feel to the place, the pool was fabulous for the kids, need your own towels. The village was wonderful to look around, the clock tower rings twice, French historic agriculture reasons, 5mins before the hour and then again on the hour but does stop chiming from 10pm and restarts at 7am. The food was excellent - not what our kids were used too but if your a foodie your love it! The breakfast was very simple (croissants, bread with jam, fruit bowel) and I probably had higher expectations having had the dinner night before. We would go again.”
“Courteous and attentive staff. Exceptional food cooked by the chef/proprietor and we ate there every night of our four day stay. The hotel had been refurbished to a high standard. A heated swimming pool was available. The hotel was situated in a small and very beautiful village whose residents were also friendly and welcoming. The area around was beautiful, good for walking with pleasant towns along the banks of the Lot.”
“This Auberge is set in a very pretty small village, The waitress/ general assistant was friendly and helpful and the best thing about the whole place. She came to show us where the extra pillows were ( in the bed head) . The rooms were very clean. There is a pool which we did not use.”
