“I checked out 15min late, leaving my partner in the room because he was feeling sick. I explained and apologized to the staff and told them he would be down in a minute. They told me - don’t worry no problem. While I payed and checked out the receptionists offered us the possibility to stay another 30min or so till my partner is feeling better. Eventually, we didn’t need it but I wanted to mention this very friendly and understanding reaction which motivated me to rate my stay as a very excellent and comfortable one. Thank you again :)”
