“Amazing location and one must definitely pay a visit to the hotels restaurant.”
“Great Breakfasts, right on the sea, beautiful building. Excellent restaurant and while more expensive than the average taverna, was good value for the quaility of the food.”
“The grounds are incredible, worth the drive from Athens. But what sets this hotel apart is the top notch food, made with the highest quality local ingredients, and Panos's expert service. Every night he curated the finest dining experience. When each course hit the table, Panos explained the ingredients and the dish's role in the region. He paired our meals with the finest Greek wines. For the wine connoisseurs out there, we were surprisingly delighted by the Greek wines... but this again was thanks to Panos's expertise. When we laid out by the pool or sea, Panos brought over personal pitchers of ice water without even being asked. Finally, the breakfast spread is massive and gives you a great start to the day. Each morning, Panos would candidly chat with us about life in the Peloponnese and suggest activities to fill our day. He made us feel like the only guests at the hotel. Would return for Panos!”
“This hotel was a pleasant surprise, we booked it last minute and weren't disappointed. We checked in late, 1100pm without issues. Beds were nice for Greece, rooms were cozy, very dark and private. The restaurant was good, breakfast was really good, different, fresh foods and fairly big.”
“Wonderful beautiful location great hotel with fantastic views .”
“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Peaceful, stunning location, great food.”
“An exceptional boutique hotel that lives up to it's reputation as one of the best historic hotels in Europe. The food was extra delicious, the staff super-friendly and the sea, literally on your doorstep.”
“We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kyrimai; the swimming, the peaceful nights, the delicious preparations of the hotel’s top chef, and, importantly, the pleasure of communicating with the smiling, friendly and helpful personnel. The owner-manager, Mr Alexandros is eminently approachable and helpful. The hotel setup and its architecture are very pleasing esthetically. Nice spots to sit in the shade and enjoy a book, a drink, or a light meal. The location is very quiet and the nature surrounding the hotel is inspiring.”
“The setting is truly one of the most remarkable we have come across in our travels--the rugged, desolate Mani Peninsula. The hotel sits, jutting out into the waters of the Aegean Sea on a rocky promenade. It is beautifully redone with simple, elegant, tasteful decor. The food was amazing, always made more complex with the spaces and herbs from the garden. Our last night's dinner was particularly memorable. Sitting on a lounge chair on the jetty, reading quietly as the 7pm sun drops below the massive cliffs is the penultimate definition of getting away from it all and truly going on vacation.”
“Location is one of a kind. Great sea, great ambience. All you need in the summer next to you. Total relaxation.”
