“There was a problem with one room door locking mechanism, when we spoke to Catherine the lady on duty, she instantly moved us to another room , as thee was no one available to deal with this due to holiday weekend, this room was more secure. Catherine was very sorry we had a problem and did everything to make the move smooth. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, atmosphere throughout stay was lovely. Due to holidays the restaurant at the hotel was not open, Catherine helped us find somewhere suitable and local to eat. She made our stay a pleasant one”
