“The room stank. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The carpet was filthy. The kettle didn’t work. Needless to say we will not be staying there or any other Kyriad hotel again .”
“Restaurant was closed so no evening meal or breakfast. Very difficult to get to although it can be seen from motorway. Obviously a good hotel in it's twilight years, room was very good once one found it. Staff were friendly but scarce so overall the price reflects the lack of lively activity in the premise and the cleanness and comfort of room made it an overall pleasant night. .”

“The breakfast was adequate. The young lad on reception was exceptionally helpful. We were very disappointed that the restaurant was closed on Saturday evening, that was the main reason for choosing Kyriad, we had had a long drive and did not want to have to out for dinner.”

“Helpful staff. Bathroom in original room we were given was a bit smelly and door would not shut because end of bed was in the way. We asked to be moved to an alternative room and we were given another room without any fuss.”
