“Convenient location if you want to visit Hatenohama beach or the Tatami rocks. The hotel beach (Eef Beach) is very nice. The service staff of the hotel was always very friendly and helpful and can speak also English. They can help you with organizing outdoor activities at any time. If you want to join some activities on the day of your arrival you should already let them know beforehand as you need to make a reservation at least one day in advance. There is a free shuttle bus which goes to the sightseeing spots nearby which I used frequently. If you come from the ferry port you can take a public bus to the hotel for 200 Yen or alternatively take a taxi for around 1500 Yen. Wifi worked pretty well and is offered for free on most parts on the island.”
“This is a great place to escape from crowds and enjoy a virgin shore. Just a few people, mainly Japanese tourists. Hotel is nothing crazy but rooms are excellent, it has two pools and the beach just in front. You can find some local restaurants walking outside the hotel, but the area is not developed at all so just switch off your phone and enjoy.”

“Staff were very helpful and the location was very good for the beach and restaurants. Sea view from the bedroom and balcony was a treat. I enjoyed exploring the island, walking from the hotel to the mountainous areas and back through the sugar cane fields at dusk, hearing the sound of crickets chirping. Nice to have the onsen and swimming pool all included, with a hearty breakfast. Great massage available if you're willing to pay for it.”

“Superb Location, plenty of izakaya etc around but still a quiet and peaceful location. Staff is friendly and helpful. I also loved the minimalistic interior of lobby and rest of hotel. Breakfast was also plentiful and some nice okinawan food. ”
“The Okinawan vegetable curry and sausages made for a great breakfast. And it is so easy to book a tour to Hatenohama through the Eef Beach Sports Club - plus the tour itself was excellent. Very easy to rent a car/bicycle to get around as well.”
