“Beim Einchecken war die Dame sehr nett und freundlich . Bezahlt wurde im voraus . Bei der Abreise war ein Herr an der der Reception der mich erst mal auffordert meine Rechnung ( EUR 116,00 und nicht wie vereinbart EUR 104,00 ) zu bezahlen . Nach einer längeren Auseinandersetzung , war es mir leid weiterhin mit Ihm zu diskutieren zumal er in allen Punkten unrecht hatte , verließen wir das Hotel mit dem Hinweis nicht mehr dort zu buchen .”
