“The location was good. I would never stay there again, very dated and I requested a refrigerator in my reservation. Called them while driving there to say I am 3 hours out of arrival. They told me don't worry the fridge will be in your room uoon arrival. It wasnt nor an ice bucket. So I called the front desk and asked for both items. They said we will send them up shortly. My items I needed stored in the fridge I wouldn't eat or drink milk based. This is a poor excuse of a Marriott. They need to upgrade the outdated place. I thought I was at a Motel Six, which I never stayed at.I usually stay at a Hilton n wont make the mistake of staying at that Marriott next time we visit Knoxville. I am never a conplainer, take life in stride.”
