“The hotel is ideally situated for visiting Knock Shrine and the surrounding area. Having stayed at many of the other hotels in the area, it rates well against them. The food is good - we experienced Breakfast(although the bacon could be softer), lunch and evening meal. The rooms are spacious and with all the usual requisites apart from a safe, hairdryer and iron/ironing board which could be provided no doubt if needed. We found the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. And it was warm, which isn't something that can be said for a lot of hotels in the middle of winter!! We were thoroughly pleased with our stay and would definitely return there again.”

“We were picked up from Clairemorris train station (pre-book this with the hotel). The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the Basilica. The rooms were very comfortable with all modern conveniences, and felt like four-star hotel quality. The rooms felt warm and cosy throughout. The dining/lounge staff in particular were very helpful and friendly.”
