“Our room had a window which was broken and could not be opened and our bathroom had no ventilation by way of an extractor fan or window. Those were the only blemishes on a fun visit.”

“We were traveling from Connemara to Dublin, and this was a perfect pit stop, putting us 75 minutes from our destination. The atmosphere is fantastic! (Loved walking up the red carpet to reception.) My husband and I felt quite fancy staying here. I recommend eating in their upstairs restaurant- make a reservation, as all tables were occupied the night of our meal. The grounds are nice to take an after dinner stroll before enjoying live music and drinks at the Dungeon Bar. (We bought the group's CD- nice memories to remember when we got home.) The decor in our room was fantastic! We slept in a BOAT BED- for real! I loved the exposed brick walls.”

“A fun experience to stay in the castle even though it wasn't really as old I thought it was going to be. We had fantastic food both for dinner and breakfast with a lovely view from our window seat. Loved walking around the property. Wish we had gone horseback riding.”
