“Problem with parking, I had specified on my booking, with Booking.com, that I required hotel parking, as I did not hear to the contrary i assumed this was fine. When i arrived at hotel , found that parking was fully booked , they had not received booking . I the produced my confirmation , where my request was clearly visable. They apologised but could do nothing about it that night. I parked in public car park, but problem was I had to be at car park by 8 o'clock the following morning to pay for the following day. They did supply me with a parking space by midday for the last night [FOC]”

“Smack in the middle of Cirencester - just where you want to be. Good shopping and restaurants. You will need a car to travel around the Cotswolds. We decided to stay here so we were close enough to travel to Bath and Stonehenge and close enough to the north - Upper and Lower Slaughter. It was a good idea as most of the other towns dont have many restaurants for dinner and were very touristy. Our room was immaculate and a large bathroom. We faced the main street but did not hear any noise.”
